| Wine Description
|
| The 2005 Serenity Vineyard Chardonnay is made with the same care and attention to detail as our Reserve Chardonnay. We were looking for a fresh aromatic style with pretty citrus notes that is enjoyable on release or after medium-term cellaring. The wine blends the flavors of toasted vanilla oak and hot butter rum to form a nice soft round entry to the mid-palate which leads into the finish with a pleasant touch of acidity. |
